Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. Her first role was as Pepper Steiger in Australia. The role she played in the 100-episodes of the soap show Neighbors that aired between 2006 and 2007 established her as a household name in Australia. Two different projects brought her to Hollywood: the choral drama Hollywood & Wine starring as an undiscovered Hollywood actor. When she was offered the role of Maya in Scrubs in which she played an extremely hot medical student. But the show abruptly ended. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot that starred Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films as well as series shorts. Her 2013 was marked by more exposure: She appeared on the six seasons of Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the leading role. For the first two seasons, she played Chad Michael Murray and also plays the role of the responder. Then, she appeared in two other movies that had an airplane setting. She is a pilot. Above all, she and Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador the brand-new television show. It is a 13-episode season however, it is a Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors play CIA agents has only been produced for a short duration. The pilot for another show that hasn't had much success, is in development. In the year 2015, she posted posters for the B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. The following year, she appeared in Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Also, she is part of the large-scale distribution of Terrence Malick's experiment Knight of Cups. She is also featured in the five seasons of Satisfaction.
